Q. How do I order any of your products?
We believe in personal service. Please therefore browse through this website, identify the products which interest you, and then, either:

- E-Mail us at sales@classicminiatures.co.uk
- Complete and send the on-line enquiry form by selecting the items required. We will then contact you and provide a detailed quotation with allowances for any discounts on offer.
Q. How much notice do you need for an enamel badge order?
A. Once you have agreed the proof, we will aim to despatch your enamel badges to you 4 to 6 weeks later.
Q. How many colours can we have?
A. As many or as few as you would like.
Q. How do I send artwork?
A. You can email artwork to us at sales@classicminiatures.co.uk or send it by fax: +44 (0)20 8744 1142. We accept most formats.
Q. If I cannot supply finished artwork what do I do?
A. Don't worry, if you have none or if your artwork is not sharp enough, our design team can help. There may be a charge for this.
Q. How do you send out my order?
A. We offer a variety of different options depending on your requirements. We may even be able to hand deliver if it is local!
Q. How can we pay?
A. Cheque, cash, credit card, bank transfer.
